This searchable database includes  1550+ law review articles on Hispanic or Latinx Americans. 

In 2025,  217 documents were added from 2024.

Documents were gathered through an electronic database search using the following search terms: (Hispanic or Latino or Latina or "Mexican American" or latinx) in the same sentence with race or racism or racial. Articles that had "(Hispanic or Latino or Latina or latinx or "Mexican American") in the title or summary was marked "relevant". If you search for "relevant" you will get a list of those records.

The documents were not reviewed and may only be tangentially related to the topic. Furthermore, it is possible that an inappropriate article is included in the database. If you think an article is racist, sexist, homophobic, Islamophobic or otherwise inappropriate,  please email with the (1) name of the database and (2) complete name of the article.

This database has  list of all records (initially) or records that meet the condition (on search.  Each record includes, at a minimum, title and citation.  Most records include summaries.
